Antique Farmhouse Bench, 266 cm – Oak and Pine, 19th Century, France

Long antique French bench dating from the 19th century, with oak legs and a pine seat. Measuring 266 cm in length, the bench has a narrow seat, 23 cm deep, made from a 4 cm thick plank.

Its simple construction combines two woods traditionally used in country furniture. The long, unupholstered seat provides a practical surface for seating or displaying objects.

With a seat height of 45 cm, the bench can be used alongside a dining table, in a hallway or at the foot of a bed. Please note the narrow seat depth when considering it for everyday seating. Its length also makes it suitable for a spacious entrance or landing.
