French inlaid side table or sewing table dating from approximately 1930–1950. Beautifully crafted from a combination of fine wood species, including mahogany and Exotic Hardwood, with decorative marquetry inlay to the top and legs.

The octagonal top is hinged and opens to reveal a compartmented interior, originally designed for storing sewing accessories, craft materials, or other small personal items. The detailed wood inlay and contrasting tones give the piece an elegant and decorative appearance while maintaining a practical function.
