Antique French Marble Bistro Table with Cast Iron Base, 1920s–1930s

An original French bistro table dating from the 1920s–1930s. The table features a solid marble top on an ornate cast iron base. The base has been finished in a matte black colour, while the marble retains its natural patina with subtle signs of age.

The marble top is 25 mm thick and shows attractive grey veining. The edge has minor wear consistent with age and use, adding to the character of the piece. The table is sturdy and suitable for everyday use as a dining table, kitchen table, garden room table or café table.

A timeless piece that works well in both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Good antique condition with normal signs of age and use. The marble has some small chips and wear along the edges. The cast iron base is solid and stable.
