Antique French Pine Bonnetière Cabinet – Rustic Country Wardrobe – circa 1900–1920

Antique French two-door bonnetière cabinet made of solid pine wood, dating from the early 20th century. The cabinet features a rich dark warm wood tone with a natural patina developed over time.

Its simple rustic construction, paneled doors, and shaped crown and base give the piece an authentic French country character. Inside, the cabinet contains two shelves, making it ideal for storage of linens, tableware, clothing, or household items.

The doors can be locked and the original key is included. The cabinet is made in one solid piece and is not demountable.

This piece remains in good antique condition with age-related wear consistent with use. As often seen with antique pine furniture, traces of historic woodworm may be present. The cabinet has been preventively treated against woodworm.
