18th Century Cherrywood Coffee Table with Two Drawers
18th-century coffee table, traditionally referred to as a “money table”, made of solid cherrywood.
The table has a rectangular top with rounded edges and stands on four straight legs. The construction is simple and functional, consistent with furniture from this period.
It features two drawers of different sizes. The smaller drawer is fitted with a working lock. Both drawers run smoothly and provide practical storage space.
The wood shows a natural patina with visible signs of use, including wear to the surface and minor irregularities, consistent with its age. The structure is stable and in good overall condition.
Suitable for use as a coffee table or low centre table in both traditional and contemporary interiors.
